i’ve got good news and bad news…

…I’ll tell you the good news first. Got the binding on my UFO quilt! Bad news:  it’s too short.  (Boo!) Good news:  found the fabric on Etsy.  (Yeah!) Bad news: cost the equivalent of $16/yard. (Boo!) Good news:  I’m this much closer to being finished with my flannel quilt *smile* with hopes of it being finished by the end of winter.  (Yeah!)

Just before we went away for Christmas I ordered chalkboard labels for my kitchen jars. The happy guys were in my mailbox when we go home. I gleefully applied them to my jars. Kindergarten Graduation

Chloe, my oldest, “graduated” from kindergarten today.  Actually, where my girls go to school, it is called Fly-Up.  Really cute stuff, I’ve got to tell you!  The school makes it a huge deal of it.
