You would like to have a quilt made but are unsure how or where to start.  There too many choices and it is overwhelming.  You’ve got a bag of t-shirts, box of baby clothes, a childs sport jerseys and pictures that would be perfect for a quilt.  Here are a list of questions I am frequently asked when it comes to custom quilts.

Can I have a quilt made with old t-shirts?

Yes, and more!!  Your old t-shirts will make a wonderful quilt filled with memories.  Concert t-shirts, college shirts, and other favorite clothes, etc can be made into quilts.  Don’t forget favorite blankies, your childs’ favorite clothes and other material.  Add a few pictures and it becomes a beautiful heirloom quilt.

Does my quilt need to be made just with clothing?

No, of course not!  I’ve made custom quilts with quilt fabric alone.  The t-shirt quilts are simply another option.

How much does it cost?

Price depends on the size of the quilt, materials used and time involved.  Schedule an appointment, bring the items you would like to have made into a quilt, then I provide you with an estimate and proposal.

50% of the estimated total is due by the Start Date with the signed estimate, with the remainder of the balance due upon completion and pick-up.

Do I need to have my fabrics before you’ll make the quilt?

Not necessarily, no.  You can purchase the fabrics that you would like to have in the quilt, we can go together or you can leave the decisions up to me.  This is your quilt, you get to make the decisions!
